Ukraine. Corn planting almost complete

Corn planting is 99% complete; the planted area is 2% larger than last year (official data). Lag in buckwheat planting behind last year reduced to 52% (61% a week earlier); millet planting is 41% ahead of last year, reports UkrAgroConsult.

Sunflower planting is 0.7% behind last year (-2.1% as of May 27, 2019). Soybean planting is 12.3% behind last year (-15.6% as of May 27, 2019).
