According to the latest information as of August 5 the pace of harvest has slowed down since August 01, 2019, though still being ahead of last year: wheat (+7%), barley (+18%), rye (+5%), oats (+63%), winter rapeseed (+29%), reports UkrAgroConsult.
Pea harvest has slowed down to 29% behind last year, 4 Th ha is left to be harvested, with a total crop 16% lower than last year.
The following crops show higher yields than last year: wheat (+11.5%), barley (+17.0%), rye (+1.6%), oats (+16%), peas (+27.2%).
Winter rapeseed yield is down 5.8% from a year ago, 20 Th ha is left to be harvested, with a total crop 21.4% higher than last year.
