Ukraine. Law on concessions to be adopted in autumn

On April 03, 2018, the Parliament supported the draft bill of Ukraine "On Concessions" in the first reading.

On August 08, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskiy announced that the new Verkhovna Rada would adopt the law in the fall, reports UkrAgroConsult.

As a reminder, Kherson and Olvia ports are the first objects planned for concession.

During the first three years, a new grain terminal with a capacity of 2 MMT per year is planned to be constructed in Olvia, and an urgent modernization of assets is to be carried out in Kherson seaport.
