Egypt purchased only soybean oil

In a tender held on March 6, 2019, Egypt’s state buyer GASC purchased 42 KMT of soybean oil, reports UkrAgroConsult.

According to trade sources, 36 KMT of the commodity was bought from Hakan at a price of USD 715/MT and the remaining 6 KMT was purchased in the domestic market from Cargill Watanya at a price of EGP 12,460/MT (USD 712.81/MT).

The delivery period is April 15-30, 2019.
