Terms of Use of the AgriSupp Information and Analytical Platform
1. General Provisions
1.1. Welcome to the AgriSupp Information and Analytical Platform (Platform), available at https://agrisupp.com/. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use ("Terms").
1.2. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please discontinue using the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
2.1. The Platform is designed to provide subscribers (Subscriber/User) with statistical, analytical, forecast, and other types of information in the field of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine, the Black Sea-Danube region, and the world. The information is prepared and published on the Platform by experts from the company UkrAgroConsult.
2.2. The Subscriber agrees to use the Platform only for lawful purposes, without infringing on the rights of other users, the company UkrAgroConsult, or third parties.
2.3. It is prohibited to transfer any content of the Platform to third parties and/or publicly distribute it without prior written consent from UkrAgroConsult.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. All content on the Platform, including texts, images, logos, and other materials, is the property of UkrAgroConsult or is used legally.
3.2. The use of Platform materials by the Subscriber for purposes other than personal use without prior permission from UkrAgroConsult is prohibited.
4. Payment for Services and Access to the Platform
4.1. AgriSupp is a paid Platform that provides access to agricultural market information and analytics on a subscription basis.
4.2. The cost of services and subscription terms are specified on the relevant pages of the Platform. UkrAgroConsult reserves the right to change service prices with prior notice to users.
4.3. All payments are final and non-refundable.
4.4. Users who violate these Terms may have their access to the Platform suspended or permanently restricted without a refund.
5. Liability
5.1. UkrAgroConsult is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of or inability to use the AgriSupp Platform.
5.2. The Platform may contain links to third-party resources. UkrAgroConsult does not control and is not responsible for their content or privacy policies.
6. Registration and Accounts
6.1. To access subscription sections of the Platform, it is necessary to create an individual account on the Platform.
6.2. The User is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials for the Platform.
6.3. UkrAgroConsult reserves the right to delete or suspend a User's account in case of a violation of these Terms.
7. Privacy
7.1. The use of the Platform is also governed by UkrAgroConsult’s Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
8. Changes to the Terms of Use
8.1. UkrAgroConsult reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
8.2. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Platform.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
9.2. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
