Black Sea region. What is to be expected from the October USDA forecast?

Tomorrow, on October 11, the USDA will publish a new forecast for grain production in 2018. We expect this USDA report to contain somewhat adjusted forecasts for the Black Sea grain market. The most significant changes are needed in the estimates for Russian corn production and exports.
