Russia to support oilseed growers with additional payments

The government of Russia is amending the rules on subsidies to agricultural entities dealing with oilseeds: growers using Russian seeds will receive additional budgetary support.

This benefit will be available not only to growers or crushers, but also to universities, scientific institutions engaged in seed research.
