Egypt: only soybean oil from domestic sellers purchased in tender

In a tender held on December 19, 2018, the Egyptian state buyer GASC only purchased soybean oil from the domestic market.

According to trade sources, the soybean oil was bought from Watanya/Cargill (16 KMT at a price of EGP 11,685/MT, or USD 652.43/MT) and Alex.Co (15 KMT at a price of EGP 11,685/MT, or USD 652.43/MT).

The delivery period is February 10-25, 2019.
