Kazakhstan may impose duties on grain and oilseed exports

The imposition of provisional export duties on grains and oilseeds is suggested in Kazakhstan, with receipts from them to be spent on stimulating domestic growers. Such a proposal is contained in a deputy inquiry sent to the agriculture minister of Kazakhstan.
