Destruction of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant dam. Implications for the agricultural sector
7 June, 2023 at 16:06On June 6, the Kakhovskaya HPP dam was destroyed as a result of detonation by the russian occupation forces. Ukrhydroenergo stated that the HPP was completely destroyed and cannot be restored. About 80 settlements are in the flood zone. The population is being evacuated.
