Wheat
In USDA’s January report, the forecast for 2019/20 wheat production in Russia was reduced by 1 MMT against its December report. Correspondingly, the estimate for Russian wheat exports was cut by the same 1 MMT. At the same time, the forecast for wheat exports from Ukraine was increased by 0.5 MMT.
Corn
The estimate for Russian corn production was lifted by 0.5 MMT.
Barley
The forecast for barley exports from Ukraine was raised by 0.5 MMT.
The grain production and export estimates for Kazakhstan were left unchanged.
