USDA: Forecast for the Black Sea 2020/21 oilseed crop raised slightly

In the June report, the USDA raised its estimate for the 2019/20 oilseed crop in the Black Sea region to 50.281 MMT (+0.35 MMT as the soybean crop forecast for Ukraine was adjusted to 4.049 MMT).

The USDA forecast for the 2020/21 oilseed crop is put at 51.675 MMT (+0.19 MMT from last month’s estimate):

- sunseed – 36.13 MMT (+0.09 MMT, Turkey);

- soybeans – 8.41 MMT (+0.1 MMT, Ukraine);

- rapeseed – 7.135 MMT.
