Ukraine. All crops are good and fair

Weather conditions. The weather on May 11-20 was variable with air temperature ranging from cool days at the beginning to hot ones at the end of this period. The average daily air temperature was at 12 to 23°С, or 2-6°С above normal. The maximum temperature was 24-27°С, while the minimum one ranged within +4-12°С.

Moisture supply. Heavy rainfall in the western and northern regions caused compaction of the soil that complicated tillage and emergence of late spring crops. Soil moisture supply in the central, eastern and northeastern regions was adequate. Moisture supply for crops in the southern regions was improved by precipitation.

Crop condition. All crops are rated good and fair, reports UkrAgroConsult.
