Ukraine. Corn planting is 92% complete
22 May, 2019 at 15:05Planting of early spring grains and pulses is almost complete, reports UkrAgroConsult. This week’s weather conditions in Ukraine allowed farmers to accelerate planting and narrow the year-over-year gap in its progress.
The gap in grains planting progress from the five-year average narrowed to 2%.
Sunflower planting is 5.3% behind last year (-8.6% as of May 16, 2019).
Soybean planting is 24% behind last year (-30% as of May 16, 2019).
