Weather conditions are expected to worsen on 24 December, with significant heavy rainfall covering almost all of Ukraine. Wind speed will increase - in some places up to 16 metres per second, UkrAgroConsult reports with reference to Meteo Farm.
In the West, North-West, as well as in Zhytomyr and Vinnitsa regions will be heavy precipitation, due to plus temperatures precipitation will be in the form of rain. In Transcarpathian region in some places the amount of precipitation will reach 23 mm.
At night in the northern, southern and central regions -6 ... ... + 3 ° C, in the daytime -2 to + 6 ° C, in Odessa region the temperature will rise to + 9 ° C at maximum.
In the East, frost is expected, at night -9 ... ... -4°С, during the day -5 ... -1°С. In the West at night 0 ... + 6 °С, in the daytime + 4 ... + 9°С.
On 25 December, temperatures will start to rise. The atmospheric front will be over the East, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhya regions, the amount of precipitation will reach 16 mm in some places. In the rest of the territory short-term precipitation is expected. In some places there will be ice and sticking wet snow.
