Russian wheat no longer competitive

In the tender of January 29, Egypt purchased French wheat for the first time this season.  In addition, it bought wheat from Romania. A total 360 KMT of wheat was purchased there for delivery on March 11-20, 2019, at an average price of $262.77/MT C&F. The purchase price in the previous tender equaled $264.87/C&F.
