Ukraine. ViOil expanded the range of confectionery fats

Following equipment upgrade, ViOil Group’s Vinnytsia Fat-and-Oil Plant has launched production of at once several fat product types. They include laurin cocoa-butter substitute, wafer-stuff confectionery fat with a low content of laurin trans-isomers, interesterified fats with a trans-isomer content below 2%, milk fat substitutes with a trans-isomer content below 2%, and margarines with a trans-isomer content below 1%.

The finished products comply with national and international standards – this secures the possibility of expanding export markets and acquiring new customers, reports UkrAgroConsult.
