Ukraine. Harvest of sunflower seed slowed down to 6% behind last year

According to the latest information as of September 2, grain and pulses crop is 14.1% higher than last year with a 13.3% higher yield, reports UkrAgroConsult.

Late crops: buckwheat harvest has slowed down to 52.7% behind last year, yield is 3.1% lower than in 2018. The pace of millet harvest is 92.3% ahead of last year and yield is 23.9% higher than in 2018.

Harvest of sunflower seed slowed down to 6.2% behind last year, yield is 3.7% lower than in 2018, reports UkrAgroConsult.

The pace of soybean harvest is 59.3% ahead of last year, yield is 14.8% lower than in 2018.

755 Th ha had been planted to winter rape (70% complete).
