Ukraine. Sunseed crushers stockpiled just 4% less feedstock than last year

According to the State Statistics Service, sunseed stocks in Ukraine totaled 1802.9 KMT as of June 1, 2018 that is down 13.2% from the same date last year (2077.1 KMT). This included 733 KMT held on farms (down 229.1 KMT, or 23.8% from June 1, 2017) and 1069.9 KMT at storage and processing facilities (down 45.1 KMT, or 4% on the year).

As of June 1, 2018, crusher soybean stocks were down 16.7% year-on-year at 223 KMT against 267.7 KMT on June 1, 2017. Like a month earlier, rapeseed stocks as of the reporting date were more than twice as high as a year ago (44.8 KMT and 20.4 KMT, respectively).
