Russian wheat came back to Egypt

In the tender of February 20, Egypt purchased 360 KMT of wheat from Ukraine, Romania, France and Russia for delivery on April 5 - 15, 2019, at an average price of $250.79/MT C&F. The purchase price in the previous tender equaled $260.58/MT C&F.

So, the purchase included the following:
