In the October report, USDA cut its estimate for the Black Sea oilseed crop in MY 2019/20 to 45.103 MMT (-1 MMT).
The decrease resulted from a downward adjustment to the forecast for Ukrainian sunflower production, which is now pegged at 14.5 MMT (-1 MMT).
The soybean crop estimate for Turkey was raised by 5 KMT, to 105 KMT.
