Ukrzaliznytsia increases railway tariffs

Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) raises its rates for renting railcars, etc. from August 1, 2022. In particular, the rental rates for grain- and flour-carrying railcars will be UAH 4,300/day (excluding VAT), or UAH 2,233 higher than in July. In August, the payment for the use of rail tanks for food products will be UAH 5,000/day (up by UAH 3,550), mineral-carrying railcars for grain transportation will be rented at UAH 4,800/day (up by UAH 3,300), and covered railcars converted from refrigerators at UAH 5,300/day.
